This helmet has the best internal padding! The Hydra Dry material feels amazing. However, if you wear HJC the same size in Icon is slightly larger. If you're at the bottom end of your size range, size down. The silver visor is not too dark from the inside but face is completely invisible from outside. I would definitely recommend this helmet!
