Thanks a lot for the help guys. The replacement package made it here with plenty of spare time and I was able to go on the Chicago's Toys for Tots ride. I am very happy with the gloves and they made the ride a lot more enjoyable. Looking forward to spring, so I can test out the new tank bag on tour of Lake Michigan. Once again thanks for your help with replacing the missing package and showing me that there are still great customer service companies out there. I will be getting more gear from you soon.
