I was looking for an economical leather jacket with good armor and good quality. This jacket serves that purpose well. It also serves as a reminder to keep my weight down because it is a snug fitted jacket and the bigger my belly gets, the harder it is to hide it in this jacket! At about 5'-11" and about 185#'s the 44US size fit well and the 42 was a just too snug for me though I would usually wear a 42 formal suit. Hope this helps!
