Love the gloves! They are a great fit. The boots are in men's sizes, so I asked customer service about size conversion between mens & women's shoes. Customer service was very helpful and told me what size, but also told me that men's feet are wider then women's feet, so the shoe probably would not fit me. New Enough makes returns so easy I thought I would try it anyway. I'm glad I did. Customer service was right, the shoe was wide. I put in one of those big green arch supports from Foot Locker to take up the extra space. When I wear them with hiking socks they fit perfectly. Thank you New Enough!
