The helmet is great A bit snug but better than being loose. I am between the medium and large size (58.5 cm), I went with the medium. The gloves are a tight fit. I normally wear Medium in Joe Rocket gloves. These gloves are a pretty tight fit but they will eventually break in, so I guess they are true to their size. Overall, I am happy with the product and price.
