Love the Firstgear Dakota gloves.Should be just the ticket for these cold N.E.Ohio days. As always your customer service was exceptional. I ordered the wrong size and received a phone call the day after New Years day saying they had corrected my mistake and the correct size gloves were on there way. What service! Thanks again. Bill
