I did a lot of shopping around before purchasing and for the money, Nelson Rigg luggage can't be beat. I was considering Givi luggage but couldn't justify the cost. The CL-950 saddlebags fit well on my 650R. I can fit one strap under my seat to secure them to the bike. My only gripe is that they're not readily lockable. A few luggage locks and some thin chain did the trick to lock all the pockets though. I actually commute with these bags and they work really well. The extra capacity is great for running errands. Make sure you tighten the velcro straps pretty tight so the bags don't sag under weight and rub your tire. To give you an idea of the CL-100 top bag size, it's just small enough to not fit a full-face helmet in. It still has plenty of space though. It removes quickly with the bungee cords or buckles. There's not really a way to secure it to the bike or saddlebags so plan on removing it if you're worried about theft. The "wings" sat on top of the saddlebags but that's okay. The magnets in this tank bag are STRONG! No worries about it moving around at all. It's a good medium size for someone that wants space for a lot of random things but doesn't want a huge tower of a bag sitting on the tank. All in all, I'm pleased with the whole setup. It held enough clothes/essentials for 2 people for 5 days, snacks and drinks, a tire plugger kit, and mini compressor. That's everything we needed and it delivered well. Thanks New Enough!
