Newenough is great. I purchased the jacket and was sent the worng color and I asked for the worng size. Over Thanskgiving weekend when their customer service was closed I received and email apologizing for the shipping error and a return shipping label. In addition, they sent out the corrected version of the jacket and the proper size before I sent the wrong jacket back. They have good above ad beyond. I appreciate it and love the Jacket. I'll be ordering mores stuff from this site in the future. :-) Thanks Newenough EB
