This jacket is great. I have short arms, and the velcro at the wrists allows me to wear the jacket comfortably without the sleeves being in the way. The pockets are well placed and decently sized. The venting works well as long as you don't have a backpack blocking the backvents. My riding partner says that the reflective lines in the back are very, very seeable when riding at night. The jacket shaping at the waist and hips (velcro waist, hip zippers) ensure that the jacket is a perfect fit. It also means that I'll be able to wear sweaters under the jacket as the weather cools. The armor doesn't appear obvious or bulky as it does in some gear, and it's comfortably placed (some jackets the armor is uncomfortable but not this one). Unlike other jackets I've tried, the sizing is true. I wear a size 14, and the large is a great fit. I am very satisfied with this jacket and plan to purchase other Joe Rocket gear in the future.
