This was my first experience at newenough.com and what a great one it was. The first jacket i bought didn't work for me and their return process is a snap. I've also delt with the sales department who were also excellent with questions and got back to me withen 24 hours of my submitted question. All in all the website and the folks at newenough.com are providing excellent service and just for that i'll be back for more gear. Now about the gear i bought. The jacket is awesome! Being a girl with hips makes it hard to find something that fits around and length wise, but the folks at newenough.com went as far as to measure the extra width you get from the side zippers (around 4 inches all together). It's snug, but not too snug and if you want to tighter, just zip up the sides. I like the inside pocket and all the air vents it has. So far i haven't been too hot. I ride without the jacket insert just because it's summer right now. One thing i have to say though is...the packaging...could have been better. The way they laid the jacket in the box bent up the back kevlar piece and it took me weeks to bend it back with heavy books, and objects to it's regular shape. At the time i didn't have my bike, so i had time to burn. I love this jacket because it's something i can either grow into smaller wise, or bigger wise, it's comfy and lets face it...it has style.
