I was very pleased with both the AC-12 Helmet, and the Tour Master Jacket. When I got the Helmet it had a small crack in it, and I called new enough and they put a new helmet in the mail the next day. I was very impressed with their customer service. The jacket is really incredible and quite versatile given the three layers of protections it offers. The helmet is very nice. The original lens never fogs and the helmet itself is very comfortable. I have not ridden with it in extrememe hot weather yet so I can not comment on the heat retention.
