I recently purchased a Ninja 250. I love it, but I found that the small hard grips caused me a lot of discomfort. In particular, some pre-existing carpal tunnel in my right thumb really would start to hurt after a while. It was the limiting factor when I rode my bike. The crampbuster saved my wrist and my enjoyment of my bike! I can now ride far longer with little or no discomfort. It's not really a 'cruise control', but I find it a great comfort, in the literal sense of the word.
