I can not say enough about the customer service at "New Enough.com"....I've had Icon helmets in the past, and ordered a Shoei helmet off the New Enough website. I thought the sizing would be similar, so I ordered the same size. I was wrong. The Shoei I received (In less than 48 hours) barely fit over my head. I figured I was out of luck, seeing as most retailers will not take a helmet back.....I talked to Megan and her response was "No problem!". I shipped the helmet back in return for a gift certificate, re-ordered the helmet, and once again, had it in less than 48 hours......This time it fit perfectly. All this happened in less than one week. Thank you New Enough for the best customer service I've ever received and restoring my faith in online purchases!! I will DEFINITELY be a return customer... -Scott Drew
