I’ve reproduced REV’IT’s official size chart for these suits below. I took my own measurements and found the suits to measure out consistently with the chart with regard to max chest and waist. There are adjusters at the waist to take it in if needed.

The Paramount GTX One Piece Suit from REV’IT! is an adventure touring motorcycle suite that is designed to keep you comfortable and protected in any season or riding condition. Overall construction is a combination of a 3 layer, waterproof, nylon 200D GORE-TEX fabric, a 3 layer, waterproof, nylon 400D GORE-TEX fabric, neoprene, PWR Shell 500D stretch, sure grip fabric, as well as a TIZIP® MasterSeal Main Zipper. Impact protection is provided by the included SEEFLEX CE-level 2 elbow, shoulder and knee protectors, the included SEESMART CE-level 1 Hip Protectors, as well as the included SEESOFT AIR CE-level 2 on back protector. This combination of materials and impact protection yields a CE Level AA rating overall. Overall fit of the Paramount GTX One Piece Suit is considered a regular fit and in taking a look at sizing, REV’IT!’s sizing seems to be accurate as I fit in to my usual size XL.
REV’IT! Honestly this suit has some of the most advanced, and just cool closure systems allowing you to get the best of both worlds with air and waterproof seals that still allow in maximum air when needed.
Moving on to adjustability, there are a ton of adjustability features, for example the shoulder, elbow and hip protectors are all adjustable. For fit adjustment you also get a strap at the calves and lower arms, a tab at the ankles as well as a double adjustment strap at the waist. Made when making this suit as they all seem clearly thought out and designed to make sense while facing different weather while riding. This suit will easily have you covered in all sorts of riding conditions and won’t hold you back from any adventures.
