REV'IT! Offtrack 2 H2O Pant
You might be venturing into the unknown, but one thing’s for sure – you’ll need the right pants. And the Offtrack 2 H20 pants give you all-round comfort, wherever adventure takes you. Lightweight and versatile like their matching jacket, the zip-in thermal and waterproof liners equip you for unpredictable conditions, while SEEFLEX and SEESOFT CE-rated armor protects your knees and hips.
Ready, steady, H2O VCS|Aquadefence gives you ventilation on demand. Open the panels for airflow or snap them shut using FidLock® magnetic fasteners combining locking strength with easy, one-handed operation. When closed, a clever rain gutter repels every drop of water. Plus, for full-body coverage on the longest and wettest of rides, short and long zippers will attach to any compatible REV’IT! Jacket – the obvious option being the Jacket Outback 2 H2O for the complete Outback look.
Materials in the mix Different day, same pants – all thanks to ingenious textiles. The outer shell is form-fitting, long-lasting, wax-coated, 600-denier polyester, cowhide guards your inner-knee contact points, and stretch panels accommodate your different riding positions. Two cargo pockets on the upper legs provide ample capacity with easy access, while reflective elements add eye-catching details to the front, sides, and rear.

Sizing Information
We measured and tried on a selection of these pants and we developed a size chart to help you choose a size based upon your waist and inseam. The size chart below is partially ours and partially REV’IT’s chart. The largest waist size listed in the chart are with the waist adjusters full open. The waist size adjustment straps work pretty well to give you size adjustability… we estimate about 2” as the range indicates.
As you can see in the chart, the pants are available in regular, short and tall inseam sizes, so choose the inseam you normally wear in slacks or jeans. The pants also have adjustability of the armor height (independent of inseam length) which can be accessed by pulling each leg inside out (see our photo gallery for a pic of this). Velcro allows you to set the armor in different spots and you can check how the armor feels on your knee when you are sitting on the bike and decide which position seems best.
Pant Size | Waist Range | Inseam Reg | Inseam Short | Inseam Tall |
---|---|---|---|---|
Small | 28-30 | 33 | 31 | 35 |
Medium | 31-33 | 33 | 31 | 35 |
Large | 34-36 | 34 | 32 | 36 |
XL | 37-39 | 34 | 32 | 36 |
XXL | 40-42 | 34 | 32 | 36 |
XXXL | 42-44 | 35 | 32 | 36 |
XXXXL | 44-46 | 35 | 32 | 36 |
Measurement tip: With a style like this that MAY be used as an overpant, you’ll want to measure your waist over the clothing you intend to wear under the pants. And measure yourself fairly high up the waist because protective style pants like this are cut to ride higher on your waist than a lot of modern jean styles (so relying just upon the size jeans you buy might result in motorcycle pants that are too small). Right below the navel is about the right height on the waist for measurement.
Our Two Cents
The Offtrack 2 Pants from REV’IT! are an adventure or touring pair of pants that complete a set with their Offtrack 2 Jacket, both of which are in their second generation. The Offtrack 2 pants offer a lot to like as they offer a ton of adjustment with adjustable knee protection, an adjustment strap at the waist and adjustment tabs at the ankles. Additionally adjustment is available in temperature regulation as well as the pants do feature both a detachable thermal layer as well as a detachable hydratex lite line that is waterproof. All of this adjustment really allows you to tailor the pants to fit your riding and fit needs. As a whole REV’IT! states that the Offtrack 2 Pants have a slim fit, but to me they felt more on the regular side or atleast not overly slim and should be quite comfortable much like its jacket counterpart. Speaking of comfort the pants also include a Soft spacer mesh lining as well as ventilation zippers on the upper legs.
From a storage and convenience standpoint the Offtrack 2 Pants feature a slit pocket on the hip as well as two stash pockets on the upper legs. The pants also feature a grip panel on the seat, a stretch panel at the knees and both a long and short connection zipper to help you attach to your favorite jacket.
Looking at safety and protection, the Offtrack 2 pants feature SEEFLEX CE-level 2 Knee Protectors, SEESMART CE-level 1 Hip Protectors as well as soft spacer mesh protector pockets to ensure proper positioning. To aid with visibility you also have laminated reflection on the upper legs and calves. Overall the Offtrack 2 pants are made of cowhide, high density polyester 600D, polyester stretch and PWR shell Ripstop. Overall the pants have received a CE level AA abrasion rating.
Overall, like the jacket counterpart I think the Offtrack 2 pants are solid value for the money and offer plenty of customization and adjustability to make you comfortable while riding in either an adventure or touring style. :: Damir 3/30/24
