Sizing Information
I measured a selection of these pants and found the waist size of the pants to measure out consistently at 2” larger than the stated size. Most men’s jeans will be sized this way these days…. it’s called vanity sizing. We recommend you measure your waist or the waistband of your favorite jeans to see what size pants you need. The fabric used in these jeans has a stretch component so they’ll give a bit, so if you are between sizes, I’d suggest buying the smaller.
The inseam on the pants measures out at just a touch over the stated size, so no need to buy longer because of shrinkage, however the reflective strip on the jeans is just under the hem with the idea you’ll roll them up a couple inches if you want to ride at night, so if you like that idea, buy one size longer than usual.
Here is a chart I put together to show you how each pant size measures out so you can select the size based upon what you come up with when you measure yourself.

Our Two Cents
Klim Unlimited jeans are new for 2020 and feature abrastion resistant denim with just a bit of stretch for comfort.
The Unlimited jean is actually limited… to the basics. If you don’t want to fuss with armor options, zippers, adjusters and all the other features found on some motorcycle specific pants, and you just want a good looking pair of jeans you can pull on and ride, you are in the right place!
The cut of these jeans is quite “standard”. They aren’t too skinny and they aren’t too baggy. The fabric is a 88% cotton, 10% Covec and 2% Spandex. The cotton gives the comfort and the jean vibe, the Covec adds the abrastion resistance and the Spandex gives just a bit of stretch to make them comfortable. I’d characterize the overall weight as “average”. There are no extra liners or pockets for armor. Aside from the Covec, the only added features aimed at the motorcyclist is the extra panel of denim in the crotch to make them comfortable in the saddle and a strip of night time reflective material inside the hem which, with your pant leg rolled up, will make you visible at night.
In trying on these jeans, I find them to be very comfortable and I can easily see them as the ones I’d grab to wear to be on the bike for a quick ride, errands, etc. Less is more! :: Paul, 08-06-20
Klim says: For the situations where you just hop on the bike and ride, we’ve developed proper classic jeans that still give you abrasion protection. Imagine your favorite pair of jeans, with added stretch for all-day comfort and road-ready abrasion protection, so you don’t have to feel guilty about riding in casual clothes. These jeans have been rated for abrasion according to standard prEN17092-1 at 75km/h (46.6 mph).
