Sizing Information
Below is the size chart developed by Tourmaster for this product. We’ve checked these pants against the chart and we find it is accurate, so our recommendation is to use the chart and choose based on your waist measurement. For most people, they can buy the size they buy in men’s jeans for a good fit. These pants are vanity sized, but if you plan to wear them as overpants you’ll need to meaure yourself over any pants or shorts that you plan to wear under them. The waist band of this pant has a multi-point closure and includes side adjusters so that you can customize the fit down quite a bit from the max listed.

Our Two Cents
The Draft Air 2.0 Pants from Tourmaster are a warm weather pair of pants that are designed to match up to the Draft Air 2.0 Jacket. Overall construction is a combination of abrasion resistant mesh, 600 denier polyester, Armor-link mesh panels, durable YKK® brand zippers (at the pockets and fly) as well as 1000 denier nylon ripstop at the knees and seat for added abrasion resistance. This construction earns a CE Level A abrasion resistance rating. Further protection is provided by the included Armanox® brand knee amor that is CE Level 1 rated (adjustable to three different heights), but no hip armor is included.
For comfort, the Draft Air 2.0 pants include a Fidlock® magnetic front closure system with zippered fly, 4-way stretch gussets at the crotch, back of the knees and at the lower thigh, helping with overall ease of movement, as well as dual elastic adjustment waist straps. Additionally the pants feature what is commonly referred to as a relaxed fit and are pre-curved for additional comfort in the riding position.
Overall at the price of $129.99 I want to call these pants a solid deal but I have multiple issues, the first being that I just am not really a fan of the Fidlock® magnetic front closure system, I don’t see the benefits and to me it just seems more bulky and cumbersome (granted strictly subjective but you may feel the same way). Second, without real hip armor and with upgrading to say a level 1 hip armor costing about $30 that puts me all in around $160, which is only about $60 off from a really nice pair or AA rated vs A rated mesh pants like the Airwave 4 from REV’IT! That have better materials, a better overall look, better abrasion resistance, a better fit and feel, as well as a simple button main closure, it then becomes difficult to recommend the Draft Air 2.0 pants. Personally I would say that if your budget is under $150 to check them out, but I would advise that if you can to stretching that budget to just above $200 and opening the door to many better options. :: Damir 7/19/24
