REV'IT! Trucker Jacket (XL - 3XL Only)
This archetypal brand jacket is distinctively REV’IT! in style, form, and features. To take denim in a new direction, we were inspired by a treasured casualwear classic: the 1960s trucker. From collar to cuffs and pockets to stitching, meticulous attention to detail and technical knowhow were the foundation for giving the trucker a renaissance in CORDURA® almost sixty years on.
Denim, but different Denim remains a global phenomenon at the heart of modern style and is core to this jacket’s appeal. To make a motorcycle-specific trucker, the outer shell construction combines 15.3oz. CORDURA® stretch denim with integrated COOLMAX® and THERMOLITE®: elements that help regulate your temperature and move with complete freedom, while also making for a more durable, flexible denim – designed with beautiful aging of the fabric over time in mind.
Practical, protective performance Flap pockets on the upper chest and sides are in keeping with traditional trucker styling. Inside, there’s a secure pocket, plus a zipper for our Safeway 2 belt to connect the jacket cleanly to your pants. SEESMART protectors fit snugly at the elbows and shoulders, and you can choose to opt for a SEESOFT CE-Level 2 back protector.

Sizing Information
We measured and tried on all the sizes in this overshirt and developed the size chart below to help you buy the right size. The overall cut is trim… some call it a “European” cut, which means it is close fitting and will work best for those with a trim build. For most people, we recommend you buy the size you usually wear in men’s clothing. Those with more stout builds will want to try one size larger than you normally wear.
We put a Medium and XL on our two Fit Check mannequins Huey and Dewey and the fit looks good (click the “View Larger Images” link above to see).
Sleeve and body lengths are noticeably generous so taller riders will appreciate the extra length. The arms are fairly trim so those with stout builds probably won’t like the overall cut, but taller and leaner cut people probably will love it.

Our Two Cents
The Trucker jacket has a cool and casual look to it. I got the opportunity to examine it and try it on. It might be my least favorite jacket.. The main reason I don’t recommend this jacket is because of the collar. I felt like I was being choked when I had it buttoned all the way up. I also unbuttoned the top button, unzipped the jacket just a bit, and it still was uncomfortable. The lifestyle photos on REVIT made it look like the collar would cooperate but it doesn’t. Wearing it completely unzipped would be how I would wear it if I had one. The men’s Trucker jacket does have a different collar than the women’s.
I wouldn’t recommend this jacket for the summertime. There isn’t any airflow going to the body. It would be best for mild temperatures.
The jacket does features the jeans loop, Short connection zipper, V-flap at cuff, and Zipper and button-closure front. You are able to connect the Safeway 2 belt to this jacket. There is a reflective strip on the back of the jacket. It comes with adjustment tabs at the waist. You are able to button it tighter if needed.
There is SEESMART CE-level 1 Elbow and Shoulder protectors in the jacket. The back protector will be sold separately. Click the link in the related products to see what size back protector you will need.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this for riding. It is a nice looking jacket but I personally feel that it doesn’t bring comfort. To me, this is more of a casual night jacket. Cassidy, 04-27-23
