Sizing Information
We find REVIT gloves in general to run a bit on the snug side as compared to most US based brands. This style runs even smaller than their normal tendency so we’d advise you to buy one size larger than what you normally wear in men’s gloves. Hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.
Our Two Cents
The REVIT Striker 3 glove for 2019 is an update of the Striker 2 glove which we first added to our site in the spring of 2016. The new Striker 3 glove is available in both men’s and women’s (click the link below to go to the other gender version).
This spring I’ve looked at a couple new styles by REVIT which are lightweight street gloves… the Mosca, Pandora, and Arch, which are a bit lower priced than the Striker 3. When I try on the Striker 3, I can feel a difference which I think justifies the slightly higher price. The knuckle protector here is more dense and feels a bit thicker. It’s made of REVIT’s branded Seesoft material, where the other styles use more generic products. The overall cut of the hand is a bit more sophisticated too. It really fits well and feels secure on your hand with the wrist strap closed.
The back side of the hand is mostly flow through materials so consider this glove for hot weather use. The palm side is leather. The palm side includes a Seesoft protector in the palm area and the index finger and thumb have conductive material on the fingertips so you can play with your phone with the gloves on.
The gloves are lined with a soft nylon protector. The overall look and feel is really nice. As summer gloves go, this is a very good one with above average protection and sporty looks. :: Paul, 02-04-19
