Sizing Information
These gloves are consistent with the major American brands we carry, so hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you are between sizes, I’d recommend choosing the smaller. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.
Our Two Cents
The Jab gloves by Highway 21 are a really nice, simple black leather street riding glove. The gloves come in three versions… solid leather, perforated leather and a perforated fingerless.
The standout feature on all three versions of this glove is the padded palm. The padding will help to absorb vibration for cruisers. It can also help if your riding position puts weight on your hands. The padding in the gloves is a squishy gel feeling substance and should do a good job.
There is a stretch panel over the knuckles, and under that stretch material is thinner layer of the same gel material. I wouldn’t call it “armor”, but it will be better than nothing and it is very comfortable when you make a fist.
The two version with fingers are advertised as being touchscreen compatible. I tried it and it only works so-so. If that feature is a big deal for you then keep looking. The touchscreen feature works great on the fingerless version :).
I really like the Jab style overall. For an inexpensive glove, the quality looks pretty good, and I sure like the padded palm (a very rare feature). Take the links below to skip to the other two styles of this glove. :: Paul, 02-23-18
