I agree with the seller’s description. I did some measuring and the waist belt will be 34” at the smallest and about 40” at the biggest. The max thigh size is about 24”. Measure around your thigh just below the crotch over jeans. If you are 24” or under they should work. Inseam is cut to about 33”. I’d guess a 36 or 38 waist person would be about right for these chaps.
