The Truman gloves are a street riding glove that are made with the unusual combination of leather and waxed cotton. These gloves can be worn with any riding gear, but they are made to compliment the Truman jackets by Roland Sands (see links below).

The overall style of this glove is similar to a traditional work glove or ranch glove with an elascticated closure at the cuff end and also a pull tab to tighten them. The pull tab is sharp, but doesn’t hold tension well, so consider that to be largely cosmetic.

The back of the hand has sharp elastic panels on the back of the hand over the knucles and on the first two fingers which function quite well and allow easy movement when making a fist.

The leather used on the palm side is medium weight cowhide which is soft and feels like high quality material. These gloves are unlined so expect a bit of dye bleed during the first wearings. But being unlined makes them a bit more comfortable in hot weather and increases your feel for the controls. Touch capability is added to the index finger and thumb so you can manipulate your tech with the gloves on. :: Paul, 03-19-18
