The CS-R1 Daggar color helmets from HJC are a tremendous value in an entry-level helmet. The helmet is lightweight, has removable and washable cheek pads and is DOT approved. They come in a wide range of colors and the graphic is pretty cool as well. If you have an occasional passenger on your bike, this would be a good helmet to have on hand.

I bought this helmet for my wife as a cheap helmet to use until the Shoei Sylvan tc-7 goes on sale somewhere (because she absolutely loves that one). from the other reviews I read here and on other sites, I was expecting decent quality. I did not get what I was expecting. (Read more...)
