Tour Master Warranty Info
Tour Master/Cortech has the right to repair or replace, at their option, any product they feel does not meet their standards up to four (4) years from the original date of purchase. The item will need to be returned to the original dealer the product was purchased from. The dealer will work directly with Tour Master/Cortech to manage the warranty process.

Tour Master Synergy 2.0 Heated Apparel
Tour Master Warrants that the temperature control, Heating elements and electrical connectors of all Synergy heated apparel to be free from material defects in design and manufacture under normal use for one (1) year from your date of purchase subject to the conditions below:
This warranty is provided to the original end user purchasing from an authorized Tour Master dealer and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
Tour Master is not responsible for any failure caused by a third party product or component, whether authorized or not
This warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with the product instructions manual or if it is damaged as a result of improper installation, misuse, Unauthorized repair, modifications or an accident
Tour Master will at its option, repair or replace product which meets the necessary warranty criteria Tour Master is not responsible for any vehicle damage or wear and tear caused by the use of Synergy electrical heated garments and its components.
Tour Master Synergy 7.4v Heated Apparel
NOTE: The following warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and only for products purchased directly through an authorized Tourmaster® dealer.
Limited Warranty
When you purchase a Tourmaster® SYNERGY® heated garment within the United States, the electrical components of the garment are warranted to be free from factory defects.
All other non-electrical components of the garment are warranted to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the initial purchase. If there is anything wrong with the sewing or materials of any Tourmaster® SYNERGY® product you purchase from us within the first year that was due to our negligence or mistake, or if any problem develops during the first year due to our negligence or mistake, the product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Tourmaster® for free. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, normal wear, and tear, or natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use are not covered in this warranty.
Rechargeable Battery & Charger 90-Day Warranty
Tourmaster® SYNERGY® rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs and chargers are under warranty from factory defect for 90 days from the initial purchase. Any alteration of the product voids the warranty. Tourmaster® will repair or replace any battery or charger found under normal use to be defective during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or improper care.
Returning Items Under Warranty
Before you send in a product, make sure that it falls under warranty. No merchandise returns will be accepted without approval and issued an authorization number from our customer service. Any clothing product sent back for repairs must be WASHED or it may be returned at customer’s expense. Your parcel must include your return authorization code, shipping address and phone number, and a copy of original receipt. Please allow 4-6 weeks for repairs to be returned.
