TCX Boots Warranty Info

TCX products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Details of this limited warranty are available through TCX. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, improper use or care, accident, or unusual exposures. All warranty determinations will be made by TCX, which reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue credit for valid warranty returns in line with the TCX warranty policy. TCX shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The TCX warranty department will need a copy of the sales receipt Which we can provide. A picture of the boot/show with the problem (side view), a picture (closeup) of the problem, a picture of the inside tag (it has some code numbers TCX uses for internal product tracking).
