Warranty Information
The limited warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the customer and is non-transferable i.e. it applies to the original purchaser of the products only. You must ensure you have purchased a genuine Oxford Products Ltd. product from an authorized reseller to receive full technical support. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, brake pads, bulbs etc. unless otherwise stated. The liability of Oxford Products Ltd. is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty.
The warranty is void if the defect is caused by misuse; neglect and tampering or if the fitting/ use of the product is outside of the instruction/ guidelines provided by Oxford Products Ltd. It is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs.
The warranty will also be invalidated in the following cases:- A domestic product is used in a commercial environment
- Repair required to any product where the serial number has been removed/ tampered with
- Repair to any product, where reasonable wear-and-tear is expected
- The product is counterfeit or has been used in conjunction with other counterfeit products
- The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller
First Step
Warranty claims should be submitted to the authorized reseller where you purchased the products as this is with whom you have your legal contract of sale.
Where this is not possible (e.g. if the store has gone into administration), Oxford Products Ltd. are happy to help assist with a warranty claim, however, return postage will not be covered. For direct support from Oxford Products, please contact Oxford customer services department by clicking here. To assist our team, please have your model number, serial number, date of purchase and details of where the product was purchased from ready when calling. Proof of purchase will be required. (Proof of purchase can also be a bank statement clearly showing the transaction.)
